While treatments for breast cancer are saving more and more lives, many of them including surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy, can result in life-changing side effects.

Research has shown that physical therapists specially trained in Oncology can develop a customized plan of care directed to help you:
   *Decrease and control swelling
   *Improve flexibility and strength
   *Rebuild muscle
   *Correct posture
   *Increase energy levels

Your physical therapist will guide you through a series of stretching, strengthening, aerobic, and posture exercises that will help restore range of motion and decrease your level of pain. Your therapist may also show you how to manage swelling and reduce your risk of infection with the use of compression bandages, massage, garments and exercise.

Pain and discomfort can limit or disable us from doing the things that are important to us. We want to help you get back to feeling like you!

Now let us help you continue your fight by controlling your swelling/ lymphedema, rebuilding your strength, improving your flexibility and assisting your return to the activities you love.
