is a community event developed for the purpose of healing hearts through movement and encouragement. Join us for an outdoor, 50 minute boot-camp type workout, “Spooner-style”, to honor the victims, families, and heroes of the Boston Marathon. Be prepared to break a sweat and challenge your body in three planes of motion in an encouraging and inspiring environment.
